Holiday Stress..

The Holidays are here and for most of us we are getting presents wrapped, goodies baked house cleaned..etc. We need to find a way to manage our stress levels during this time so that we are not driving to Sonic to find Diet Dr. Pepper!

Here are a couple of tips:

Go back to the basics: If you find yourself getting caught up in the hustle and bustle of the season. Step back and reassess what the season means to you. If it's about spending time with your family and friends; make that your first priority and do away with the things that get in the way.

Create a budget: Doing this helps you keep things in perspective with gifts. Remember it is the thought that counts!

Settle for less then perfect: We aren't all lucky enough to have a Norman Rockwell Christmas. Learn to let go of what you cannot control. Spending time with the ones that you love is what makes it perfect, everything is just a bonus.

Exercise: This is a great way to combat stress this season.

Remember to take care of yourselves and remember why we truly celebrate the season.

Merry Christmas
